Introduction
Restaking introduced by EigenLayer enables users to restake ETH to secure other networks for extra fees. However, this comes with the issue of illiquidity for the restaked ETH, resulting in a significant amount of value being tied up.
To address this issue, several protocols have emerged, offering receipt tokens called Liquid Restaking Tokens (LRTs). These LRTs function similarly to those provided by Lido and Rocket Pool, providing liquidity to users while their ETH remains locked in EigenLayer.
Rules
Restaking is an excellent opportunity for farming airdrops, as all of these projects are built on EigenLayer, making users eligible for the EigenLayer airdrop in addition to the project’s own token.
Guide
Liquid Restaking Token (LRT) projects can be broadly divided into two main categories: native restaking and non-native restaking.
Native Restaking
Native restaking solutions don’t use LSTs, they are not affected by the EigenLayer LST cap and users keep earning Eigenlayer points.

Currently at $46 million TVL and raised $3.2M. However, withdrawals are not enabled yet so you cannot convert your ezETH back into ETH.

While their LST swETH is already integrated with Eigenlayer, they have recently announced they will launch their own native LRT (rswETH) in the next few weeks.

Non-Native Restaking
Non-native restaking solutions are impacted by the EigenLayer cap on LSTs. Users will only earn Eigenlayer points if their LSTs are deposited into EigenLayer by the protocol before the cap is reached.
