TLDR: Mainnet, No Minimum, Potential Airdrop

Introduction

Syndicate (Twitter : https://twitter.com/SyndicateDAO) allows anyone to join or create a Web3 investment club in a few clicks. They are invested by a16z, Coinbase and Aave.

They recently launched on Polygon, making it much cheaper for everyone to try.

Rules

Syndicate don’t have a token yet. They haven’t announced any airdrop plans so we are only speculating about a potential airdrop here.

Guide

Syndicate is both on ETH mainnet and Polygon. We’ll be using Polygon.

Joining an investment club

[DAC1 is full. The link is updated to DAC2.]

Input amount and confirm. Deposit a small amount of money like $10 (enough to avoid being classified as sybil). 

Right now there’s no way to withdraw your deposit. You’ll need to wait for Syndicate to add this option.

You’ll then receive DAC1 token that is non-transferrable.

Create an investment club

Click “Create on-chain club”.

Input the name of the club and its token ticker.

Decide the token for deposits and maximum raise amount.

Decide how long your club will be open to deposits.

Confirm.
