Mystiko is a privacy app enabling users to privately transfer assets. It is similar to zk.money in which both of them are built on ZK rollups. While zk.money supports only single chain privacy, Mystiko provides both single chain and cross chain privacy.
Mystiko have recently launched their testnet. Bug reporters, feedback providers and contributors will potentially be rewarded. Read here for details.
Getting Started:
You will first need to get the following testnet tokens:
Ropsten ETH from https://faucet.egorfine.com/
Then go to https://faucet.mystiko.network/ and connect your wallet to BSC Testnet. Claim mUSD/MTT to your address.
Now connect your wallet to Ropsten Testnet and claim mUSDT/MTT to your address.
Step 1:
Go to https://testnet.wallet.mystiko.network/wallet and create your wallet.
Step 2:
We first do a single chain deposit.
Go to “Transaction” and then “Deposit”. Choose your network, asset, address (the Mystiko account you just created) and amount. Confirm.
Then we do a cross chain deposit.
Choose a different destination Network. Confirm with the same settings except that you have to select the cross-chain Bridge.
To confirm our transactions have gone through, go to “History” and then “Deposit History”. You should see both transactions with status as “Succeeded”.
Step 3:
Now we withdraw the assets we just deposited to complete our private transaction. We start with single chain withdrawal.
Go to “Transaction” then “Withdraw”. Choose the asset you are withdrawing. Enter another recipient address (starts with 0x, not Mystiko address) and password. Confirm.
Then we do a cross chain withdrawal. Switch your network to BSC Testnet (or the network you did the cross chain deposit to).
Choose the bridged private asset. Repeat the address and password. Confirm.
Again check your “Withdraw History” to confirm both transactions.
That’s all for the guide. Report bugs and give feedback using the form here. To become a early bird of Mystiko DAO, fill in another form here.
